• These courses involve several synchronised tasks that need to be completed within a
  particular time limit. Training candidates according to the Pre-Boarding procedures,
  issuing boarding pass and scheduling roster for all the embarkation and disembarkation
  of all the flights. Being responsible for the timely departure of the flights. Scripting the
  passenger details, handling & taking of documentations.
• Such duties require presence of mind and consistency. Inculcating all these attributes in
  our young professionals so that the candidate becomes proficient in it.
• In this course you will learn the techniques of collaborative decision making (CDM) in the
  context of airports (A-CDM) and ground operations. During the training, learn how to
  increase the efficiency of airports and the on-time- performance of ground operations.
